Description:

The Registration Manager plays a critical role in building and maintaining registration websites for assigned events using CVENT technology, while providing high-quality attendee management, rooming list oversight, communication, and reporting support. This role ensures successful meetings and events by managing the registration process and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of registration website design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client brand standards
- Troubleshoot registration issues and assist program managers or clients with day-to-day registration tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with meeting contacts to encourage repeat and new business
- Monitor attendee registration processes and provide updates to clients as needed
- Assist with all aspects of the room block, including attrition management, securing additional rooms, and verifying rooming list accuracy
- Collaborate with the Meeting Air Coordinator to manage travel arrangements and approvals outside standard meeting parameters
- Respond to incoming calls from meeting attendees on the general meetings phone line, taking necessary actions or routing requests appropriately
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proven experience in registration management, event registration, or meetings management
- Proficiency with CVENT registration technology and web development
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong independence and problem-solving skills
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to participate in daily video interactions from a home-based office
- Pharma/Medical Device experience preferred
- CMP and/or HMCC certification is a plus
