Description:
Shifa Hospital is urgently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its healthcare team in Muscat. This opportunity is open to professionals who are currently based in Oman and are available for immediate joining.
The selected candidates will provide quality patient care across the Emergency Department, Outpatient Department, and Inpatient/Ward units while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in assigned departments.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.
Requirements:
• Relevant hospital experience in ER, OPD, or Inpatient/Ward Nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing with a valid Nursing License/Registration (Estimated).
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates must currently be available in Oman.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Emergency and clinical nursing procedures
• Patient assessment and medication administration
