We are urgently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (DoH Licensed) to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi for an administrative role. This opportunity is ideal for UAE Nationals who hold a valid Department of Health (DoH – Abu Dhabi) license and are eager to contribute to the operational side of healthcare management.
About the Role:
The selected candidate will perform a variety of administrative and office-based duties, supporting the healthcare team with accurate documentation, record maintenance, and effective coordination of internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize medical and administrative documents, reports, and official records.
- Handle data entry, scanning, and documentation for both patient and staff information.
- Support general office paperwork, correspondence, and filing activities.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate communication across departments.
- Maintain accurate logs, spreadsheets, and reports required for audits.
- Execute other clerical or support tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati).
- Must possess a valid DoH License as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage paperwork efficiently within an office environment.
