Responsibilities include:
• Delivering safe, timely, and effective nursing care in patients’ homes
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure personalized care plans
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
Qualifications:
• DOH license holder or passer
• MOH/DHA license or eligibility holders are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in home healthcare is an advantage
