Description:

Koch’s Gypsum division is seeking a Regional Scheduler to oversee and optimize production schedules across multiple manufacturing locations and third-party warehouses. This is a remote position, headquartered out of the Koch Corporate office in downtown Atlanta, GA, and reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

In this role, you will play a key part in executing strategic plans that ensure efficient inventory replenishment and meet customer requirements. You’ll be expected to navigate data-driven decisions, work collaboratively with cross-functional departments, and consistently challenge existing processes to uncover opportunities for improvement. A passion for operational efficiency and an analytical mindset are essential to thrive in this position.

What You Will Do:
• Collaborate closely with plant operations to develop and execute schedules that balance safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze inventory and supply data to ensure that both finished and intermediate product levels align with demand forecasts and business goals
• Implement and manage strategies for both short- and long-term planning, including proactive scheduling for maintenance or production shifts
• Continuously assess supply chain performance and drive improvements through data-backed insights
• Identify gaps between supply and demand and work with sales and operations leaders to develop effective resolutions using structured decision frameworks
• Serve as a key liaison among sales, production, logistics, shipping, and customer service teams to maintain alignment and flow of information

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
• Professional experience in roles such as production planning, inventory management, operations, logistics, customer service, or data analysis
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management; PowerPoint for presenting cross-functional recommendations
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by the role

What Will Put You Ahead:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Finance
• Two or more years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operational data analysis
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, oneLISA, etc.)
• Background in the gypsum or construction materials industry
• Experience with advanced scheduling or optimization tools
• Skills in business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
