Description:

Buildertrend is seeking a detail-driven, proactive Region Coordinator to support its CBUSA division, helping custom home builders operate more profitably and efficiently. In this remote role, you will play a key part in coordinating builder support, maintaining accurate records, and managing essential vendor relationships. You’ll help deliver meaningful insights and cost-saving opportunities to CBUSA members—ensuring smooth and strategic operations across our regional teams.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Partner with region leaders to analyze quarterly builder data and spot performance trends
  • Maintain up-to-date membership records and organize contract documentation for new member builders
  • Coordinate monthly market meetings that engage both builders and sponsors effectively
  • Guide builders and vendors through contract processes, reporting systems, and discrepancy resolution
  • Act as the main point of contact for reporting inquiries, assisting with customer service and accounting functions
  • Ensure builder members receive proper credit by resolving any data inconsistencies
  • Help collect program data and support national contract initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in business operations (homebuilding experience is a bonus)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Outlook, and cloud-based tools
  • Comfortable with occasional travel based on regional business needs
