Description:
We are urgently seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The role involves owning the full recruitment lifecycle across the UAE — from sourcing candidates to coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You’ll work with multiple job portals and support the company’s hiring needs across diverse positions while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the UAE, from job posting to offer stage.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and selection criteria.
- Post vacancies and manage inbound applications, ensuring timely follow-up with candidates.
- Maintain and update the ATS and candidate records as required.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with UAE labour laws and internal policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
- Experience with ATS platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Hindi.
- Must currently be based in Dubai.
