The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in recruitment processes within the UAE, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring for various levels of positions across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
- Source candidates using various job boards, professional networks, and sourcing platforms
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate communication
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment data and generate reports for management
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience within the UAE market
- Ability to handle recruitment for positions across different departments and levels
- Hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms, job portals, and recruitment tools
