We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter/ Recruitment Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare recruitment materials and post job listings on relevant platforms
• Source candidates via databases, job portals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
• Manage onboarding and mobilization for new employees
• Provide recruitment reports to management
• Handle HR documentation, visas, and employee filings
• Promote the company as the best place to work

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/HR/Management or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in UAE recruitment, including technical & non-technical roles, IT, oil & gas, and bulk recruitment
