Render is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support its fast-growing hiring operations in the United States. The company is building a modern cloud platform designed for developers creating AI-native and full-stack applications, enabling teams to scale efficiently without infrastructure complexity.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience by managing interview scheduling, coordinating with hiring teams, and maintaining accurate recruiting operations. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure all hiring processes run efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate end-to-end interview processes including technical, panel, and executive interviews

• Manage candidate communication including confirmations, reschedules, and interview instructions

• Maintain accurate data in the ATS including interview plans, feedback forms, and candidate records

• Prepare interviewers by sharing resumes, evaluation criteria, and relevant context

• Support day-of interview logistics and resolve scheduling conflicts

• Identify and escalate scheduling bottlenecks or process improvement opportunities

• Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or scheduling operations

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working with hiring teams and senior stakeholders

Strong knowledge of:

 • Recruiting workflows and interview coordination processes

 • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby or similar tools

 • Calendar management and scheduling tools

 • Candidate communication and experience best practices

 • Operational coordination in fast-moving environments
