We leverage partnerships with existing community resources to facilitate support networks unique to an individual’s needs and location – connecting them to established psychosocial rehabilitation programs, resources for housing, transportation, etc. and various digital engagement opportunities to address members’ needs.
About The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping Vanna scale our team with mission-aligned, compassionate, and talented individuals. You’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process—ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our hiring culture during a pivotal phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate and interviewer experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely updates
- Partner with hiring managers to improve workflows, identify bottlenecks, and enhance the candidate experience
- Help draft and post job descriptions aligned with Vanna’s mission and values
- Review resumes and screen candidates as their first point of contact for Vanna
- Contribute to initiatives that promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices
- Support with onboarding and administrative tasks
About You
Need to Have
- 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting, coordination, or administrative role (healthcare or startup experience is a plus!)
- Impeccable organizational skills and a love for details—you can juggle calendars and competing priorities with grace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional tone
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and learning as you go
- A collaborative spirit and a people-first mindset—you care deeply about candidate and team experience
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent
