The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates while managing communication across multiple job portals. Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using major job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate applicants based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper tracking of applications.
• Support hiring teams in identifying suitable talent quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
