Description:
LRS Healthcare is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our remote team and play a key role in connecting healthcare professionals with long-term care, allied, and nursing opportunities nationwide. This position is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and a passion for building and maintaining professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, negotiate, and implement partnerships with traveling healthcare professionals across the nation.
  • Source and engage new caregivers to meet staffing needs in healthcare facilities.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with caregivers from initial contact through placement, ensuring an excellent caregiver experience.
  • Conduct phone-based recruiting, initial screens, and qualify candidates for open positions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leads to match caregivers with suitable placements.
  • Meet division metrics, including dials, placements, and profile submissions.
  • Explore innovative recruiting tools to expand candidate sourcing.
  • Promote a collaborative, team-oriented work culture.
  • Adhere to all company policies, standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred but not required; new college graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to professionally communicate over phone, email, text, and in person.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Competitive and motivated, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit and stand; occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Must frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
