Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is primarily remote and focuses on recruiting field-level security personnel across multiple locations in the U.S., ensuring top talent is sourced, screened, and hired efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor requisitions within the ATS, screen and interview candidates
- Utilize dashboards and resume searches to assist in sourcing qualified applicants
- Create profiles for hiring needs across different markets
- Support recruitment efforts in challenging markets nationwide
- Provide recommendations to management for improving recruitment processes
- Collaborate with management to analyze data and enhance overall talent acquisition success
- Ensure compliance with applicant tracking systems and perform additional related duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or human resources
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work as part of a team
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Working Conditions & Physical/Mental Demands:
- Maintain composure in high-pressure situations involving executives, clients, staff, and the public
- Successful completion of background, reference, psychological, and controlled substance tests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Office-based computer work
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information
- Frequent sitting; occasional walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Close and distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
