We’re Hiring! Recruiter – Real Estate Talent Acquisition
Dream Come True Group is expanding its Perk Excellence Real Estate team in Dubai and seeking a confident, camera-friendly Female Recruiter to drive talent sourcing and live social recruitment initiatives. This on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys active candidate engagement via social platforms and can deliver results under recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Conduct live broadcasts to find talent, engage audiences and answer candidate queries in real time.
- Review incoming applications and forward shortlisted CVs to HR for further processing.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
- Achieve recruitment targets and support hiring campaigns as defined by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (experience in real estate recruitment preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Camera-confident and engaging personality with experience or comfort in live streaming.
- Located inside the UAE; immediate joiner preferred.
