📢 WE ARE HIRING – Recruiter (Facilities Management)
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Recruiter to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both overseas and local recruitment, covering a wide range of blue-collar and white-collar positions. This role requires strong coordination skills, knowledge of UAE labor processes, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Handle overseas recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interviews, and coordination with external agencies.
- Conduct local hiring through job portals, referrals, and walk-in candidates.
- Coordinate closely with PRO and HR teams for visa processing, entry permits, onboarding, and documentation.
- Screen CVs, arrange interviews, follow up with candidates, and prepare offer letters.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and MoHRE regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring data, and regular status reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Available to join immediately.
- Prior recruitment experience within the UAE is mandatory.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
