The successful candidate will support the company’s recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while helping attract top talent across various roles. Applicants must already be based in Dubai and be available to join within the next couple of weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers and applicants.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
• Junior recruiters as well as experienced recruitment professionals are encouraged to apply.
