Description:
Alias Intelligence, a leading provider of due diligence and background check services for global companies and professionals, is seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Record Specialist. The ideal candidate will assist the Record Director with all aspects of record management, ensuring accurate and valid sources for document retrieval. This role supports our mission of delivering precise, timely intelligence while enhancing the client experience through our cloud-based Alias Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the record management team in validating sources and retrieving records efficiently.
  • Support the Record Director with administrative tasks related to records and document handling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to communicate timing and status of record retrievals.
  • Place orders for records, documents, and filings from various municipalities across the US.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in title examination, title reading, or record management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with locating UCC filings, lien searches, judgments, and records across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with state filing offices is a plus.
