We Are Hiring – Reconciliation Specialist
Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), a subsidiary of McKesson, is seeking a dedicated Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. SCRI is a leading community-based oncology research organization, conducting clinical trials and advancing cancer therapies across the United States. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client receivables and financial data within clinical trial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile clinical trial receivables to guarantee accurate and timely billing to pharmaceutical sponsors.
• Cross-check and validate financial study data across multiple sources.
• Review, interpret, and apply contractual agreements and budgets.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to resolve discrepancies and variances.
• Respond to requests for information from Corporate, Internal Audit, Operations, and Management.
• Analyze contracted revenue triggers to determine eligibility for reimbursement.
• Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently met.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required; experience may substitute in lieu of education.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience in clinical trials or healthcare-related settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial accounting systems such as QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of research techniques for analyzing and evaluating financial data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
