In this role, you will take ownership of the reconciliation sales pipeline, guiding opportunities from initial lead generation through qualification and close. You will also serve as a key point of contact for escalated customer issues, providing advanced support and resolution regardless of region. The position requires strong analytical skills to evaluate payment data, identify trends or risks, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise in retail pharmacy reimbursement and receivables
  • Lead customer implementations, ongoing maintenance, training sessions, and collections support
  • Manage the reconciliation sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure
  • Prepare and share regional performance scorecards with sales leadership
  • Proactively engage customers and internal field teams to resolve issues and drive success
  • Act as the primary contact for tier-3 escalated customer inquiries and requests
  • Analyze customer remittance data and support automation initiatives where applicable
  • Oversee and deliver ongoing training for customers and internal support teams, including webinars
  • Review Central Pay payment data to identify trends, abnormalities, and potential credit risks
  • Communicate regional updates to internal sales, operations, and marketing stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
