We are seeking a polished and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join a busy office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and will provide reliable administrative support across daily office operations. This role suits someone who is professional, proactive, and comfortable juggling front-desk duties with general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general front-desk duties.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and manage basic calendar tasks.
  • Maintain filing and document management systems, prepare routine correspondence, and support office record-keeping.
