PATLive is currently hiring friendly, professional, and reliable Remote Receptionists to join its growing contact center team. This work-from-home opportunity allows you to support businesses across a wide range of industries while delivering excellent customer experiences—one call at a time.
As a Remote Receptionist, you will handle incoming calls for thousands of businesses throughout North America. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high call-volume environment that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and welcoming tone.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, have previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles, and are comfortable working independently from home. PATLive currently prefers candidates located in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas for available opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Deliver accurate messages with proper spelling and grammar
• Navigate cloud-based systems using multiple screens
• Maintain a friendly, patient, and professional phone presence
• Work reliably in a high-volume call environment
• Collaborate effectively as part of a remote team
Minimum Equipment Requirements
• USB headset with microphone
• Keyboard and mouse
• Hardwired internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Additional required equipment will be provided upon hire
