The successful candidate will serve as the face of the company’s front office while providing personal secretarial support to senior management. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the role includes managing and creating social media content to enhance the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reception, visitor handling, and incoming calls professionally

• Provide personal secretarial support to senior management

Requirements:
