An organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is currently seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist – HR & Admin to join its team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong administrative capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills who can manage front-desk operations while supporting HR and administrative functions.
The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders. This role requires someone who can maintain a professional presence, manage communication efficiently, and ensure smooth coordination of daily administrative activities.
In addition to reception responsibilities, the role will involve assisting HR and administrative departments with scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments.
