A newly opening medical clinic in the Mirdif area is seeking a professional and well-presented female Arabic-speaking Receptionist to manage front office operations and provide excellent patient support. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in healthcare or clinical environments within the UAE.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily reception activities, ensuring smooth appointment coordination, and delivering a welcoming experience to patients visiting the clinic. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling for patients
- Handling incoming calls professionally and responding to patient inquiries
- Assisting walk-in patients with registrations and general support
- Processing payments accurately and maintaining front desk records
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Using MS Office tools for basic documentation and administrative tasks
Candidate requirements:
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in a clinical or medical front office role
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Must be currently residing in the UAE and available locally
