Scuderia Motor Design LLC is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join its team at the Dubai Industrial City facility. This role is suitable for a Filipino candidate with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude who can create a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees.

The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, coordinate communication, and provide support to different departments. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a company specializing in world-class luxury vehicle interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

• Manage emails, office correspondence, and daily communication.

• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.

• Provide administrative support to various teams as required.

• Assist with general office coordination and documentation.

• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

• Support smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

• Filipino national.

• Currently based in the UAE.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
