The successful candidate will manage patient interactions, appointment coordination, and daily reception activities in a fast-paced clinic environment. Candidates with previous aesthetic or dermatology clinic experience, strong communication skills, and a professional approach are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and provide professional front desk assistance.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and clinic schedules.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and patient requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with medical and support teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:
