Description:

Noom Medical Clinic is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its team in Dubai Industrial City. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling appointments, patient registrations, inquiries, and administrative tasks while maintaining a high standard of customer service. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Candidates with prior experience in medical clinics or healthcare facilities and familiarity with insurance procedures will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly

• Maintain patient records and front desk documentation accurately

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Handle billing, payments, and administrative support tasks

• Ensure the reception area remains organized and professional

• Manage patient flow and support smooth daily clinic operations

• Assist with insurance-related documentation when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical center, clinic, or healthcare environment is preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Fluency in English and Hindi is required

• Basic computer proficiency and administrative skills
