Al Marwan Group is seeking a professional, well-organized Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for our offices. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, maintains composure under pressure, and delivers exceptional front-desk service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them courteously to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage incoming calls, route enquiries, and take accurate messages.
  • Coordinate front-desk logistics including meeting room bookings and visitor sign-in procedures.
  • Maintain a neat and professional reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and support internal teams as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or similar administrative role.
  • Prior experience within construction, heavy machinery, or real estate companies is preferred.
  • Strong telephone manner, excellent verbal communication, and confident customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work calmly in a fast-paced office setting.
