Overview: A professional and customer-focused Receptionist is required to manage the front desk operations at Dubai Internet City. The role includes handling visitor interactions, managing communication channels, and supporting daily administrative activities while maintaining a polished and welcoming front-of-office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome & greet visitors with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage all incoming calls, ensuring they are answered promptly and directed to the correct department or individual.
- Oversee the front desk area, keeping it neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle mail and courier services, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching documents and packages.
- Coordinate scheduling tasks such as appointment setting, meeting room reservations, and calendar management.
- Provide administrative support, which may include printing, filing, scanning, and handling basic data entry tasks.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure all security protocols are followed.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in any front desk/customer-facing role.
- Language Skills: Strong communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
- Professionalism: Well-groomed, confident, and able to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Technical Skills: Good command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing several responsibilities at once with accuracy and attention to detail.
