Role Overview:
We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to represent our luxury furniture showroom in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome to clients, manage front-desk communications, and support the sales team with administrative and hospitality duties—always delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and showroom enquiries, directing prospects to the right team members.
- Coordinate appointments and support the sales team with scheduling and administrative follow-up.
- Maintain an elegant and tidy front desk and showroom area, ensuring the space reflects the brand’s luxury image.
- Assist with showroom hospitality, including preparing refreshments and ensuring guests feel well attended.
- Support ad-hoc receptionist tasks to help the showroom operate smoothly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front-desk role in a luxury environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
- Presentable, polished appearance and a customer-first attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle guests with discretion and professionalism.
