We Are Hiring Receptionist!
Art Nouveau Decor FZ LLC, a leading provider of luxury retail display solutions and turnkey fit-outs, is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized front-office environment while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors, delivering a positive first impression
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
- Handle courier services, mail, and front-office administrative tasks
- Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for documentation, attendance, and scheduling
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception and meeting area
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in receptionist or front-office roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Presentable, professional appearance with a customer-service oriented mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
