We’re Hiring — Receptionist
📍 Location: Dubai Design District (d3)
Join MAYG, a French–Japanese fine dining concept in the heart of Dubai Design District, as the guest-facing Receptionist. You will be the restaurant’s first point of contact, responsible for creating a warm, professional welcome and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations every service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests professionally, manage reservations and waitlists, and handle phone and email enquiries.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure timely seating and a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain an organized reception area and manage guest arrival formalities, including special requests and guest communications.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to bookings, cancellations, and daily reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or guest-facing role; hospitality or fine dining experience is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and a passion for high-quality guest service.
- Available to join immediately is preferred.
