NOW HIRING — RECEPTIONIST (AESTHETIC CLINIC)
We are inviting applications for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join Este Medical Group Dubai — a luxury aesthetic clinic known for high standards of patient care. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on reception experience in cosmetic or aesthetic settings who enjoys working with clients and supporting a polished clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors, manage check-in/check-out processes, and provide an excellent first impression.
- Answer and triage phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with basic administrative duties.
- Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of reception experience specifically within an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic.
