Arab Doctors Specialist Center is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its Dermatology Department in Sharjah. This role is ideal for an organized individual who can provide exceptional front-desk support while ensuring a positive experience for patients visiting the clinic.

The successful candidate should have previous UAE experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, or medical clinic environment and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English and can efficiently manage patient appointments and registrations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration processes.

• Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and front desk communications.
