Pet Pavilion is currently seeking a professional, caring, and customer-focused Receptionist to become part of our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in providing outstanding front-desk service, communicate confidently, and genuinely enjoy working around animals. As the first point of contact for pet parents, you will play a key role in creating a warm, organized, and positive experience for both clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome pet parents and their pets with friendliness, professionalism, and care
- Manage incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and appointment scheduling efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members, both verbally and in writing
- Handle front-desk administrative duties, including billing and payment coordination
- Support daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and well-organized workflow
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and customer-oriented front desk environment at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role (veterinary, medical, or hospitality experience is a plus)
