Description:
Dubai Sports City is seeking a reliable and well-organized Receiving & Store In Charge to oversee daily receiving and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in stock control, inventory management, and warehouse procedures within the hospitality, hotel, club, or food and beverage sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming goods are accurately received, inspected, stored, and issued while maintaining proper inventory records. You will also work closely with various departments to support efficient stock management and ensure compliance with inventory control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue food, beverages, and operational supplies efficiently.
• Verify Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Received Notes (GRNs), product quantities, quality, and expiry dates.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Perform regular stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory reporting.
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) principles while monitoring stock movement, wastage, and product expiry.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to support daily inventory activities.
• Maintain strong inventory controls, accountability, and stock security at all times.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in receiving, stores, or inventory management.
• Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, club, or food & beverage environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
Strong knowledge of:

• FIFO inventory practices and inventory reconciliation
