Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Real Estate Assistant to help manage daily property operations. The successful candidate will support listing preparation, client communication, documentation, market research, and coordination of viewings and meetings — ensuring smooth workflows across projects and strong client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update and maintain property listings, marketing collateral, and presentation materials.
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and internal appointments.
- Respond to client enquiries and supply accurate property and service information.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organising contracts, agreements, and related documents.
- Conduct market research to monitor pricing, trends, and competitor activity.
- Keep client, property, and lead databases current for efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives and social media postings.
- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Manager and the wider team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years’ experience in real estate, administration, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Arabic and English preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and its procedures.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
