Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven Real Estate Agent to support clients across buying, selling, and leasing transactions. You will guide clients through viewings, negotiations, and contract management while building long-term relationships and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct property viewings and guided tours for prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and manage contracts until deal closure.
- Provide market insights, comparative analyses, and pricing recommendations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction.
- Work exclusively with 100% generated and qualified leads — no cold calling required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid driving license and access to a car (mandatory).
- Demonstrable track record in real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation, client-service, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Dubai property regulations and market dynamics.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM and tech tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
