We are hiring a Russian-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our professional team at Status Real Estate in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with international clients in one of the most dynamic property markets in the world. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales ability, and a passion for real estate.
About the Role:
In this position, you’ll work with Russian-speaking clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties in Dubai. You’ll advise on a wide range of properties, including off-plan developments, resale units, and rentals. Your goal will be to help clients make informed decisions, negotiate effectively, and close successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Russian-speaking buyers, sellers, and tenants across Dubai.
- Provide expert advice on property options including off-plan, resale, and rental properties.
- Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and close transactions professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Stay informed about Dubai’s latest property trends and market updates.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory; English is required (Arabic is a plus).
- Previous experience in real estate within Dubai preferred.
- RERA license or readiness to obtain one.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated.
