Description:
HMNS Properties L.L.C is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our Sales & Marketing team in Dubai. The role involves driving property sales and rentals across secondary and off-plan markets, building strong client and developer relationships, and ensuring full compliance with UAE real estate regulations. This position offers uncapped commission earnings, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic, tech-driven brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, source, and secure new clients including buyers, sellers, and landlords.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading real estate developers.
- Market properties through online portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, Zingo.ae) and social media.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate market insights.
- Negotiate and close sales/rental deals while ensuring compliance with UAE laws.
- Maintain updated client records in CRM and submit weekly reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maximize property exposure and generate leads.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality, and adherence to all UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off-plan).
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- RERA certification preferred (willing to obtain if not held).
- Proficiency in English; additional languages like Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi are advantageous.
- UAE driving license is not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Team player capable of working closely with marketing and sales teams.
