Description:

Amer Al Guhair is currently looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to join their office-based team in Al Ain. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in real estate administration and are comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, handling documentation, and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the real estate operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and regularly update property listings across platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and other portals

• Handle administrative aspects of property management, including tenant records, renewals, and documentation

• Prepare tenancy contracts, agreements, and other essential real estate documents accurately

• Coordinate with real estate agents, landlords, tenants, and external parties to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information

• Provide administrative support to leasing and sales teams

• Respond to inquiries, assist with scheduling property viewings, and follow up with clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Real Estate Administrator is mandatory

• Strong understanding of UAE real estate procedures and listing platforms

• Hands-on experience in property management administration

• Familiarity with CRM systems used in real estate operations

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
