Al Mulla Group is actively seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join their expanding finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UAE real estate accounting and be ready to contribute to a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and oversee daily accounting operations specific to real estate activities.
✅ Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
✅ Handle accounts receivable/payable, general ledger functions, and bank reconciliations.
✅ Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
✅ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning.
✅ Monitor lease contracts, issue accurate billings, and follow up on collections.
✅ Utilize Nozol software effectively for real estate accounting and reporting.
✅ Collaborate with auditors, clients, and internal teams as required.
🎯 Qualifications & Requirements:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline.
📌 Minimum of 2–3 years’ UAE real estate accounting experience.
📌 Proficiency in Nozol software is a must.
📌 In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards.
📌 Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
📌 Strong MS Excel and accounting software proficiency.
📌 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
📌 Must currently be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
