A growing real estate organization in Dubai is currently hiring a skilled and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to real estate brokerage accounting and be capable of managing financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Must have prior experience in real estate brokerage accounting operations
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Perform accurate reconciliations and ensure financial data integrity
• Manage commission calculations and related financial settlements
• Prepare and support financial reporting activities
• Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and accounting records
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving real estate environment
