Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in fit-out project estimation and coordination? Join Malabar Interiors, a trusted leader in interior contracting for over 45 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for interior fit-out projects (up to AED 3M).
• Interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications across architectural, civil, and MEP scopes.
• Develop budgets, cash flow plans, and procurement schedules.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (ADM, Civil Defence, TAQA, etc.).
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Submit MSRAs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Support tendering, variation handling, and basic contract documentation.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in fit-out or construction estimation & coordination in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of market pricing, suppliers, and local regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
