🕒 Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in UAE Fit-Out / Interior Design Projects (Mandatory)
📅 Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Cost estimation, BOQ, tender documentation
• Contract negotiation & commercial management
• Variations, claims, and change order handling
• Site visits & cost control validation
• Prepare interim payments & final accounts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out market
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office & QS software
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
