Description:
Kensova Interiors is expanding its team and is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join its Dubai operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior fit-out projects, cost management, and commercial processes.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle estimation, BOQs, tendering, variations, and other quantity surveying responsibilities. Candidates who are available for immediate recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for interior fit-out projects.
• Develop and review BOQs, tender documents, and project cost reports.
• Manage variations, valuations, and commercial project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget control.
• Support commercial management activities throughout project execution.
Requirements:
• Experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and quantity surveying processes.
• Experience with BOQs, tendering, and variations.
• Understanding of commercial management procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
