Description:
CS Interiors Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or interior fit-out projects and strong knowledge of cost management, quantity surveying, and commercial documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, evaluating quotations, and supporting effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and project cost estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare quotations, variations, and subcontractor comparisons.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and overall expenditures.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
• Ensure effective cost control during all project stages.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out/Construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, costing, and variations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
