Enma Recruit is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineer to join its client’s team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on experience managing building and infrastructure projects within the UAE construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and comprehensive project budgets.
- Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and prepare contract documentation.
- Oversee cost control, progress payments, and variation orders to maintain financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, legal frameworks, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- 8–10 years of proven experience in the UAE as a Quantity Surveyor within building and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of market rates, cost control techniques, and project management software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
