Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our team in the UAE construction sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage all aspects of cost control and contract administration on civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and assess material requirements.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
- Manage pre- and post-contract activities including variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate measurements.
- Ensure cost control, budgeting, and compliance with commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of UAE experience in civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software/tools such as CostX, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
